Good Points: Found through Multimap as close to my meeting place
Bad Points: Some of the fittings were a bit shabby, but generally the hotel was very smart, with excellent floral display, and efficient
Further Comments: The hotel was jus what we required for an overnight stay in a place we did not know. The staff were very cheerful and helpful

Good Points: Warm room; nice room facilities, prompt service; friendly staff; good breakfast.
Bad Points: Not central location; small room; check-in person very inexperienced; room needed redecorating.
Further Comments: generally a good impression was left.

Good Points: good location, away from all the noisy bars but within walking distance to go drinking at night.
Bad Points: rooms could have done with some redecoration. TV remote control didn't work and was never sorted while we were there. double parking in the car park was an issue on 2 occasions but sorted quickily by the staff!
Further Comments: resonable value for money, would stay again if we venture up that way again. postives outweigh the negatives of the hotel. food menu is a la carte! very expensive, bar meals could do with bit more choice.

Good Points: Its location.
Further Comments: Th ehotel is clos eto the metro system, with a good selection of shops and bars withinn walking distace.

Bad Points: Woeful cooked breakfast, shabby appearance of the hotel
Further Comments: OK room facilities, but the place could do with a lick of paint and the cooked breakfast was very under par for a three star hotel.

Good Points: The Hotel was easy to find, although it was sited on a road with several hotels it was at the quieter end which was good.
Further Comments: The hotel was just what we needed for the length of our stay, the staff were most helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

Good Points: Convenient for seeing daughter at University
Bad Points: Clock in bedroom had stopped - spent battery: tooth glass in bathroom was used and dirty -had some residue in the bottom - not very nice!
Further Comments: Overall, the hotel was OK and convenient for reaching my daughter's student house. Stairs decorations were a bit tired and the glass tumbler in bathroom was not very pleasant. On the plus side, the staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. I'm sure I probably had an off-day room valet.

Good Points: Room was good, generally well equipped
Bad Points: Dripping tap, two many narrow stairs
Further Comments: Whilst the room was generally good, as is expected at a Best Western Hotel the performance of some of the staff was poor, particularly bar and restaurant staff. Menu is unimaginative and bland and contains too many similar dishes. Food quality was generally poor. The house 'dry' white wine was medium and warm! Hotel probably ok for stays of one night, if you are going to dine somewhere else.

Good Points: Clean rooms with good facilities.
Bad Points: The fire alarm went off due to a malfunction at 8am on the Sunday morning! Not good for a hangover. And the walls are quite thin so we could hear people in adjacent rooms.
Further Comments: I was pleased with the accomodation and would stay there again.

Further Comments: Staying at the New Kent Hotel was brilliant, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. I would deffinately stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing is that I only stayed for one night, next time it will be for longer!

Good Points: Good area, quiet and calm, close to city centre, kind staff
Bad Points: The hotel is rather worn dowm. Could need redecoration and renowal.
Further Comments: If you just need a place to sleep and you don't care so much about fancy interior and up-to-date furniture and decor this hotel will do. The area is great and it is close to restaurants, metro and the city centre.
