Good Points: NICE CLEAN REFURBISHED ROOM
Bad Points: ROAD TRAFFIC VERY LOAD
Further Comments: THIS IS A NICE HOTEL BEING REFURBISHED OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN NEW AND MODERN. STAFF VERY NICE BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT AND FOUND THE ROAD TRAFFIC VERY LOAD THE BED ROOMS LACK DOUBLE GLAZING. AS A ONE NIGHT STOP OVER IT WAS FINE WOULD NOT STAY MORE THAN ONE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE TRAFFIC NOISE.

Good Points: Clean and tidy, albeit the room was slightly small. Everything you wanted and needed was in the room.
Further Comments: The staff were extremely helpful, polite and pleasant. The restaurant was superb! and a must for anyone who stays there, the food was excellant and the cook accommodated our youngest son's needs very well. The morning staff at breakfast were also pleasant and the food served in just the right portions. Would definatley stay again.

Good Points: Accessible, pleasant and clean. Very friendly staff.
Bad Points: Bedroom rather cramped for the price. Would have preferred not to experience lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. Is there a no-smoking rule? I can't remember.
Further Comments: I am not a habitual hotel visitor, so can't say much. What do 3 stars mean? It was a pleasant stay, as I said, but frankly no different from any pub/inn we've stayed at for less money. The street parking is a potential problem - very tight for parking spaces. I wish to stress that any criticism is in no way a reflection on the excellent and courteous approach of the staff. I regret having to say 'No' to the next question.

Good Points: Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly
Bad Points: Perhaps the decoration in the bedrooms could be updated - slightly old fashioned
Further Comments: Wasn't prepared for the noise coming from the road outside - kept me awake most of the night. We opened the window for some fresh air because the room was too stuffy.

Good Points: Good basic accomodation, food was of a very high standard.
Bad Points: Peaceful location though a good 10 min walk from nearest metro which is quite far in bad weather

Good Points: It looked nice on the outside
Bad Points: The walls and the doors were very thin. We woke up many times during the night thinking that someoine were in our room in the bathroom taking a shower. In addition to that we had a very noisy fan just outside our window. Our room was also not particularly clean and the cover infront of the window was broken and bent.
