| Further Comments: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, and the food in the resturant was of a higher standard than expected and good value for money. However, the hotel is in need of a total makeover, but for the price it was adequate. |

very uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs through the mattress! |
| Further Comments: Overall a very nice place to stay (if your given the right room, as I did hear some one complain after being put into an over spill room that was used when busy!). The longer check out time of 12 noon was very useful, and was the main reason for our stay, as our meeting was at 12.
The free Wifi was also great. |

The single room was in poor condition. Lights did not work, no heating and wardrobe door handle fell off. The twin room had torn wallpaper. Decor of rooms quite old fashioned. |
| Further Comments: The staff were friendly and eager to answer quieries. If it were not for the poor condition of the single room in particular, the stay would have been much more enjoyable. If we were staying longer than one night we would have had to ask to be moved to a more suitable room. |
