| Good Points:
Clean and tidy |
| Bad Points:
Restaurant was terrible, chef couldn't cook. Even the waitress apologised for the poor standard of the food. |
| Further Comments: It is hard to believe that a company such as yours employs people who don't know what they're doing and it was no wonder that only 4 tables were occupied in the restaurant while we were there. |

| Further Comments: The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was well equipped.Our only problem was that my daughter and her partner had to call the desk three times to complain about loud music from the room next door which pretty well ruined what would have been a good visit. |

le seul point nᅢᄅgatif est la mauvaise l'insonorisation: ᅢᅠ partir de 7h nous avons ᅢᄅtᅢᄅ rᅢᄅveillᅢᄅs par des voix dans le couloir.
nous aurions ᅢᄅgalement aimᅢᄅ ᅢᆰtre prᅢᄅvenus des bruits ᅢᄅventuels par rapport aux ᅢᄅvᅢᄄnements organisᅢᄅs dans la soirᅢᄅe (nous entendions de la musique assez forte, peut-ᅢᆰtre un mariage?). |

| Good Points:
Good comfortable room. All the facilities that you would expect. However, the shower head dripped annoyingly and the window latch was not secure despite being on the ground floor. The restaurant was adequate and the bar was good. Checking-in and paying was efficient and friendly. The restaurant manager was very good but the waiters less so. The payment system appeared awkward. Breakfast was excellent but overpriced. Car parking was more than adequate. |

It seemed an age to get to the room. There were confusing steps up and down and long corridors. There was no facility for portering bags/luggage despite the fact that an escort showed us the way to our room. There was only one lift and a much quicker way to the bar/restaurant via a side entry/exit which we had to find ourselves. Our evening meal was good in places, but the roast lamb was tough and tasteless. The carrots seemed to be designed for animal feed by the look of their size. The waiters 'dumped' the plate of food on the table and did not offer any fresh glasses for water. One of the wine glasses was contaminated with lipstick. We had to wait too long for our table despite booking in advance. The dado rails were covered in dust and the rubbish bins were full. There were dirty cloths, clean cloths and cleaning fluid left on a table beside the eating area. |
| Further Comments: In general I would not recommend this hotel for a stay longer than one night because of my perceptions of the poor standard in the restaurant. For the prices charged, the standard is not good enough. |

| Further Comments: I must congratulate the receptionist on duty when we came early with my partner feeling not well, she behaved in a thoroughly professional manner and proved superb excelling over and above what is usually the norm. helping to get us booked in early so she could rest and recover. Answering this e mail saves posting the letter i had ready.
She is to be congratulated, all to often bad or adequate service is the norm, this young lady shows excellence still exists. |

| Bad Points: Some rather shoddy decorative finishes to common parts and room within our particular wing. |
| Further Comments: Staff were excellent. Breakfast was expensive at 11.95 and pre-issued invoice assumed that both of us would required breakfast. My partner only wanted coffee but such flexibilty was not obvious. Wardrobe handle was broken, en-suite WC handle was very loose, tears and scratches to some bedroom and corridor wallpaper. |
