Good Points: The hotel was clean and room and facilities good.
Bad Points: The very high cost of food in the restaurant
Further Comments: This hotel has a great location, good rooms and well prepared food. The whole experience was spoiled by greed. The bill for one for evening meal was ￂﾣ 48.00 ! This included a starter, a main meal of plaice with no vegetables, a small bowl of chips and bread & butter pudding to follow. I had a cheap bottle of Chilean Sauvingnon blanc wine plus a small soft roll & butter that cost ￂﾣ 4.95!!

Good Points: The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean with good facilities although the bathroom arrangements are in need of refurbishment.
Bad Points: The room was uncomfortably hot.

Good Points: room and general layout of hotel was excellent, the style and africa theme were a pleasant change from a typical hotel
Bad Points: Restaurant was quite expensive and service was poor, untrained waitresses, however on complaining the reponse by management was excellent
Further Comments: Thge hotel itself was excellent, the style and location especially , it was only let down by rather expensive restaurant with inadequately trained servi ng staff.

Good Points: Warm quiet rooms
Bad Points: Shower went hot and cold / slightly old fittings in the bedroom and showerroom also

Good Points: It was spacious and the decor was different. The bed was very roomy and the mattress comfort excellent compared with our last hotel.
Bad Points: Nothing really.
Further Comments: Restaurant pricing.Entrance to swimming pool by key code for security. Changing inside the pool with number operated security locks.

Further Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and well run. The breakfast choice is outstanding and served buffet style which we favour. Very quiet surroundings. No noise from other residents. The whole stay was totally enjoyable. We could not ask for better. This hotel was different and all the better for it (especially the jungle noises in the inter-connecting corridors. The accommodation consists of a number of pavilions built on stilts.

Good Points: Very friendly and courteous staff. Fairtrade tea and coffee. Pleasant surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Somewhere slightly 'different' to stay (African theme)!
Bad Points: Restaurant - high price for unseasonal/unchanging menu - could be improved.

Bad Points: The en-suite bathroom was very tired looking and a bit grubby looking; it could do with completely refurbishing. In fact the whole hotel looks a bit tired and dated and is in need of complete refurbishment. The restaurant and bar prices were very high compared with other hotels of the same classification.
Further Comments: Enjoyable stay, but as mentioned earlier much of the hotel is in need of refurbishment in my opinion; especially the en-suite bathrooms.
