| Good Points: Location ideal for our visit - room was spacious and staff on receiption were efficient |
| Bad Points: The only problem we had was the lift was near to our room and it was noisy when in use. |
| Further Comments: Ideal for us as we were visiting relatives who live nearby.
We would use this hotel again when we visit as we found the room and facilities where excellent for our visit. We cannot comment on the restaurant as we were on room only basis and did not use this facility. |

| Bad Points: THE WEBSITE ADVERTISED IT WAS 5 MINUTES FROM CITY CENTRE BUT IT WASNT IT COST ﾣ9 TO GET TO THE CITY CENTRE IN A TAXI |
| Further Comments: Hotel was too far away from leeds city centre, it cost us ﾣ9 to get from the Ramada to the city centre in a taxi!
Our room was located on the ground floor overlooking the car park which wasnt very nice!!!!!
Felt more like a Holiday Inn than a Ramada Jarvis Hotel!!!!!!!!!! |

| Further Comments: I found the staff friendly, informative and knowledgable about the local area. The Kettle was missing from my room on arrival though as soon as the staff were made aware a replacement was provided. |

| Good Points: Overall performance good, dance foe nexus group attended, disco v/good. |
| Bad Points: inadequate bar staff, in main bar, and function suite, for number of people attending functions, wait to be served was 10/15 mins.Towels in room were of inferior quality, so thin you could almost see through them. |
| Further Comments: room was adequate, booked double but got twin bedded room, had to search for light switches etc, no porter service available. Night porter was extremely helpful, a star amongst a very mediocre collection of staff. |

| Bad Points: Tired environment; wallpaper peeling off the wall; impression that someone had just left the room. |
| Further Comments: It was the location I needed not knowing the area and in this respect your service was very good. I doubt I would chose to stay there again, the check-in girl was helpful but seemed like she had just left school. ﾣ50-55 seemed about the right price, not ﾣ75. Surprised and disappointed given the Ramada name. I guess I paid ﾣ20 too much for a declining brand! |
