Good Points: It was situated in a very nice part of Cleethorpes whilst still being very central the hotel bar was very good and although we did not eat there the food looked very good
Further Comments: The hotel is situated on the main road in Cleethorpes across from the beach, it has no parking but we got parked easily around the side road. It has a quite large bar underneath and when we checked in the young guy was very helpful, the stairs are a bit steep especially for my daughters who were on the top floor but it was no problem, the rooms were very clean and very nicely decorated both had views over the sea. We only stayed for one night but if we go again which we will be doing I would use the hotel again.

Further Comments: We booked into this hotel as it seemed from the outside to be modern in appearance for the area, but boy what a difference when you go through that front door, its like stepping back in time, dark, dingy, rabbit warren sprang to mind with rooms tucked away all over the place, the stair way could do with some lighting, dangerously dim if you ask me, especially for the elderly. But the room well made up for it, very cosy,bright and airy, no complaints their.

Good Points: Excellent rooms, good Irish Bar. If you want reasonably priced accomadation to stay at after a night out then this place fits the bill.
Bad Points: Breakfast in the bar is fine but had'nt been properly cleaned following the night before. To be expected though given the style of accomadation. Breakfast was still very good though.
Further Comments: Excellent pub style accomadation, rooms are tidy and comfortable. Staff pleasent and helpful. Guinness in the irish bar also excellent! Would recommend to people looking for a night out rather than families.

Good Points: Clean room. No smoking. Location is great.
Bad Points: Room very small. Breakfast was in the bar which was dark and the table too low. Could have done with a help yourself area for cereals.
Further Comments: I would not stay here again. The hotel was clean, tidy. Comfy bed but.... The character of the pub is dark and dingy which, unfortunately reflected to the hotel too which is a shame because its location is the best. Perhaps if I had had a room with a view I may feel differently but my single room seems smalled and tucked away at the back. Quiet though, which is a good point.

Good Points: Nice Room, Freindly Staff.
Bad Points: Expensive B&B due to no Ibis or similar in regaion. No Coffee in Room. All No Smoking, Room not cleaned.
