Further Comments: Ideally situated hotel for both the Hoe and city areas of Plymouth. Staff happy to help out, and comfortable rooms, with a good breakfast every morning.

Bad Points: Noise from adjacent hotels.
Further Comments: Good value for money, excellent location. Very comfortable, good food and friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

Bad Points: Lots of stairs and no lift, window in room too heavy for me to open needed help, no hand basin in toilet (I was not en-suite non left)
Further Comments: I was happy overall with the service and the standard of cleanliness, very happy to stay again for few days but not lengthy stay because of stairs. The food was excellent and proprietors friendly. Car parking at metered bays but found one nearby most days.
