| Good Points: Smart clean and modern with a friendly atmosphere |
| Bad Points: nothing of note |
| Further Comments: The whole experience from the online booking to the checking out was easy and efficient. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were courteous and helpful without being intrusive. The fire precautions have been incorporated into the building to a high standard without creating an institutional feel. I found our stay excellent value for money. |

| Good Points: Well positioned right opposite the station. |
| Bad Points: Uncomfortably hot. Breakfast experience in restaurant could have been better. |
| Further Comments: It would be nice on arrival to be told where everything is - leisure facilities etc. Shame the bar downstairs didn't open until 10.00. The restaurant was so hot, I couldn't wait to get outside! Room was nice though but air conditioning rather noisy. |

| Good Points: central location
friendly staff |
| Bad Points: stained carpet in bedroom
small bedroom |
| Further Comments: Bearing in mind Swansea is a fairly hard pressed town financially, this is a brave attempt at a stylish boutique hotel. Staff friendly. Nice decor. |

| Good Points: Convenient location, overall a nice hotel. |
| Further Comments: Everything was good overall, but with just a little more effort could of been excellent e.g. fresh milk in rooms, not UHT, free WiFi (not The Cloud charged network), a grilled breakfast rather tahn fried. But I am being picky here. |

| Good Points: Very conveniently located in city center and highly contemparary hotel with all morden facilities. |
| Bad Points: Missing facilities such as a mini-refrigator and shoe shine cloth as seen in most of similar category 4-star hotels and also biggest drawback of not having a free car parking for guests. |
| Further Comments: Whether free car park available or not? |

| Further Comments: Because of the mixed views I've seen on some websites, I was a bit reluctant to book this hotel but, as I was arriving late and the hotel is opposite the station, I decided to risk it. I needn't have worried.
The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, dealing with a reservation query in his stride.
The room was excellent - clean, modern and well-appointed. I was a bit concerned that the windows were sealed as I like to sleep with an open window but the air-conditioning was efficient and not too intrusive. Actually, the sealed windows and air-cond. meant that there was practically no noise audible from either inside or outside the hotel - not bad for a city-centre location on a Saturday night - so I had an excellent night's sleep.
The restaurant was first class - imaginative menu, delicious food and efficient service. Breakfast and dinner. Sadly, because of lack of patronage, I gather that the restaurant is now closed and there are alternative arrangements for guest meals in the hotel. I suspect these are likely to be less satisfactory.
Just one small niggle - the soap dispensers above the bath are positioned for taking a shower but are far too high up if you are taking a bath. Extra dispensers or just bars of soap would solve this problem.
All-in-all, difficult to fault on the basis of this visit. |

| Good Points: We booked an Executive room which had a great jacuzzi and balacony. |
| Bad Points: There is no car-parking facilities on site |
| Further Comments: When we first arrived,we got checked in and then went straight to our room.Unfortunately the room was still being cleaned, but the hotel provided us with a complementary drink at the bar untill the room was ready.
The only thing they need to clarify at the time of booking is car- parking becuase there is no facilities on site. |

| Further Comments: It was o.k clean and can imagine good for business stays (iv'e stay at alot of hotels for work),although i found it too hot in the room, uncomfortably so ,the windows were broken and couldnt be opened ,the air con didnt have a good enough blast to make any difference even though we had it on the coldest setting at maximum level
I thought that it was expensive for my lesuire weekend although if it was for work reasonabley priced .Although centrally located it wasn't a place for us but maybe i'm biased as i stay at these sort of hotels all the time and should of gone for something different
Disappointed about the room tempreture felt dehydrated and it was very difficult to sleep even though the bed was comfortable and pillows
Staff always polite and helpful |

| Good Points: Close to town centre |
| Bad Points: very cramped room, so small was unable to use facilities properly. Check in was appauling, we werent even told where our room was! Dirty bed linen, and very unaccomodating staff! |
| Further Comments: Would never use this hotel again! Over priced, poor food, poor service, unhelpful staff and extremely cramped! Breakfast was cold and badly cooked, the only plus side was the huge bathroom, which made the room very poorly designed as the room itself was barely big enough for the bed! |

| Good Points: modern facilities and overall cleanliness |
| Bad Points: only bad point was reception on in room TV on BBC1 |
| Further Comments: As someone who spends quite a bit of time on business in hotels, it was about what I would have expected from a hotel in this price range, as I was visiting friends I did not have the chance to sample the resturaunt but from comments I heard around the hotel, I would expect it to be on a par with the rest of the facilities |
