| Good Points: Very impressed by the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. Accommodation was new, clean, and fresh, food good, drinks fairly reasonable |
| Bad Points: Nothing really to complain about.As there was no entertainment,a T.V. would have been appreciated in the Cove Bar, We may have used it more then. |
| Further Comments: We got basically what we should have expected for a four star hotel. information on the web-site was informative enough, we were not disappointed in any way.Fron the moment we arrived at reception we were not only treated very professionally, but with sincere friendliness as well. All staff were friendly but some went out of their way to be helpfull and informative and advise us of things we may not of known. |

| Good Points: quiet and comfortable |
| Bad Points: TV picture was terrible. Dirty carpet & no controls for air conditioning unit and unable to open window. |
| Further Comments: hotel was comfortable and the food was very nice, but the carpet in my room was ridged and stained and the TV was incapable of showing a clear picture. No controls for aircon unit and the window didn't open, so had to prop open room door to allow air to circulate. |

| Further Comments: A clean, quired and cozy hotel convenient located near the center of Swansee. It's easy to find as it is located just across the railway station.
The wiew from the hotel windows is quite boring, especially the rooms on the back side.
The chiose of TV channels is very limited. |

| Further Comments: Hotel had everything required for business purposes either travelling by car or train. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. |
