Good Points: The central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
Bad Points: he noisy party which was directly below my room and went on till just after 1am
Further Comments: This is an unpretentious hotel in the centre of Swansea. The staff are friendly and helpful. The decor of the bedroom was a bit tired but the room was clean.

Further Comments: All in all the hotel was goodand i have stayed there everytime i stay in swansea,which is around 4 to 5 times a year. The tariff is a bit pricey for what you get but i would stay there again.

Good Points: Location was good but wasn't expecting it at the time as my partner booked online.
Bad Points: Outside noise late at night.
Further Comments: Would like to have known that the hotel was in a busy area. Very good place if wanting the night life.

Bad Points: Stayed in same room sa previous week. No action had been taken on constantly running tap or no control for T.V.
Further Comments: With a little effort this hotel could be improved greatly and would become a desirable stopping place.

Good Points: Clean and tidy room.
Bad Points: Noisy from both outside by revellers and inside by slamming doors. The TV could not be controlled by a remote!
Further Comments: Enjoyed both the evening meal and breakfast. I had known little about the hotel before I arrived and was generally impressed. I shall definitely be staying again if I visit Swansea.

Good Points: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: The rooms wasn't very pleasant. It was not value for money.
Further Comments: Nothing really bad to comment on, likewise nothing really good either. Just very disapointed in the rooms. Was not value for money though.

Good Points: All the facilities I required at a good price and location
Bad Points: nothing - except parking is limited
Further Comments: Good location , good facilities, had everything I needed at a good price, the only comment is the parking is somewhat limited but for my needs on a bank holiday weekend was perfect

Good Points: Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Bad Points: The hotel room was extremely disapointing having ripped furtiture and a bent clothes rail for a wardrobe. This should struggle to be a 1 star.
Further Comments: I will never again stay in the hotel and if anyone asks for my advise on this hotel I would advise them not to stay here.

Good Points: Centrally located, clean and tidy.
Bad Points: Slightly noisy as I had a front facing room and the corridor outside my room seemed to be the place to meet for a chat!
Further Comments: The accommodation was exactly as described, and I had no complaints. Everything was in working order and was presented in a neat and tidy fashion.

Good Points: It was clean, tidy and warm. The price was reasonable.
Bad Points: Noisy room.
Further Comments: I was allocated Roome 242 and had to suffer the intrusive sound of what appeared to be an external fan throughout my stay. This didn't help when it came to sleeping. Had I been staying more than one night I would have asked to be moved to another, quieter room.

Further Comments: value for money and location were good, although rooms were clean and basic they could do with updating.A picture of the room on the web site would of been usefull.
