Good Points: only there one day but staff appeared very friendly and helpful
Bad Points: there was no kettle, coffee in the room, and didn't appear to have a mini bar/fridge either
Further Comments: no complaints but was surprised wasn't any coffee in the room, only there one night but appeared to be a nice place to stay.

Good Points: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room.
Bad Points: Too noisy as was over the function room with music to 1am.
Further Comments: Good hotel, very nice cooked breakfast, staff attentive, parking adequate, excellent location. Would have preferred to have chosen room or been warned of noise level, other rooms would have been much quieter.

Good Points: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room.

Good Points: Good room size given double bedroom for solo traveller. Nice view over gardens. Was able to check in early.
Bad Points: Paper thin walls. The people next to me got up at 6am and could be heard in their bathroom. Bathrooms need revamp.
Further Comments: Overall a comfortable hotel right opposite the BIC and near to the beach and Harry Ramsdens. Breakfast not included and no indication of price anywhere but have enjoyed it at this hotel in the past when it is included.

Bad Points: The fact that the room service menu stated 24hr service, when in fact this was not entirely correct. Can't order some things at midnight!!
Further Comments: Confusing if breakfast was included. The hotel is in fact non smoking in rooms. Very close to BIC. Excellent room, would stay again.
