Further Comments: Hotel is exceptionally clean, food of a high standard. The staff are all very freindly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will stay at this hotel again.

Good Points: Situation : proche des plages et pas trop loin du centre ville. Trￃﾨs bon petit dￃﾩjeuner. Chambre trￃﾨs spacieuse. Personnel trￃﾨs aimable et serviable.
Bad Points: Peut-ￃﾪtre la robinetterie : la douche n'ￃﾩtait pas au point. Prￃﾩvoir une prise de courant munie d'un adaptateur dans les chambres afin que l'on puisse recharger les portables (j'ai dￃﾻ acheter un adaptateur).
Further Comments: Sￃﾩjour dans l'ensemble trￃﾨs agrￃﾩable mￃﾪme s'il a ￃﾩtￃﾩ trￃﾨs court et qu'en dehors du petit dￃﾩjeuner nous n'avons pas pu dￃﾩguster la cuisine de l'hￃﾴtel (les dￃﾮners se dￃﾩroulent de 19 ￃﾠ 20 h 30 et c'est un peut tￃﾴt par rapport ￃﾠ nos habitudes). Par contre,j'aurai aimￃﾩ savoir que la distance sￃﾩparant l'hￃﾴtel de la gare routiￃﾨre (1,5 km indiquￃﾩs sur le site) est la distance ￃﾠ vol d'oiseau et non ￃﾠ pieds.

Good Points: The staff dealt with our complaint well
Bad Points: The room was dated, not clean, the carpet had a burn mark in the shape of an iron, the windows were dirty, the bed was much to soft, the showers did not work. It was not a good experience and I would never go back to the hotel again.
Further Comments: We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel: 1. the shower in the room did not work - there was no pressure if the shower temperature was above cold. We called reception and they said a number of rooms had experienced the problem and it was due to high demand! They said they would send someone to check the problem but they did not. We were told the next day that it was not the hotel's fault as there was a blockage which was cleared on Sunday morning however after this was cleared (And before it occured) the shower pressure was very low and it barely dripped out of the shower head. 2. the room was outdated and not clean - the windows were very dirty 3. the room was very noisy (from inside the hotel and outside) as the room was not double glazed and the walls are very thin 4. the bed was very soft - our heads were lower than our feet because of it - it was difficult to sleep on 5. the carpet in the room was damaged - there was a burn mark from an iron 6. the door to the room was badly chipped and looked awful. 7. the curtains did not fit the window correctly and as such the light came into the room from early in the morning 8. The ceiling outside our room seems to be damaged and there were watermarks above the door I have nothing positive to say about the hotel or our stay at all. We did speak to the manager and were given a 25% refund of our hotel bill.

Good Points: It was beyond our expectation, so clean, so comfortable, so palatial, sea-view was spectacular (enhanced by the wonderful weather). Extremely good value for money.

Further Comments: The information about the hotel was quite comprehensive, so the only request we would make would be for a weekly rate, as opposed to a week-end and daily rate. The hotel was suitably placed for entertainment and also the shopping centre. What more would you want !!

Good Points: The rooms were clean and bright and the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home even remebering our names and room numbers without us ever having to remind them! Would definitely stay there again.
Bad Points: Would have liked to have blinds on the windows rather than only curtains as I felt over looked at times by the adjacent buildings. Airconditioning would have been good as well as we travelled down on the hottest weekend of the year so far!
Further Comments: Having booked this hotel based on a friends recomendation I wasn't sure what to expect. It's great value for money and the staff are really friendly without being intrusive. I can't find anything to fault this hotel and the only thing I would have prefered was a later check out time as I found it difficult to get out of my comfortable bed in time for the 11am deadline!

Good Points: good location, clean and friendly atmosphere.
Bad Points: The heating was on full blast and the room was too hot, one of the windows were painted shut so couldnt open it, on first day of arrival, we had no towels in the bathroom.

Good Points: The room was fantastic, just how I would have dreamt it to be. The breakfast was divine too!
Bad Points: The fact that there were about 30 hyper kids runnibg around the hotel all weekend and waking us up at 6 in the morning!! would have been nice to be warned!
Further Comments: As above I would have liked to have known about any disruptions! I found the staff friendly and quick to attend when the hot water wasn't working! Over all the hotel was lovely just a shame about the other quest's!!
