Good Points: COSY, COMFORTABLE, PLEASANT OUTSIDE AREA
Bad Points: BIT TOO STUFFY
Further Comments: IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE STAY , MOST STAFF WERE WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, SOME WERE OTHERWISE QUITE THE OPPOSITE - DURING THE EVENING MEAL A SELECTED FEW WERE QUTIE RUDE AND WERE NOT CURTIOUS ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE LONG AWAIT FOR THE MINUTE FOOD PRESENTED TO US FOR AN EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT OF MOMNEY.

Good Points: l'hospitalite anglaise , gentillesse du personnel.
Bad Points: la salete de la salle de bain et de la chambre, peut etre due a la vetuste des appareils sanitaires.

Good Points: THE ROOM WAS GOOD AND ROOM SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY BEING ON THE ROUTE TO THE LEISURE CLUB.
Bad Points: THE TABLES WERE NOT LAID FOR BREAKFAST.NO SIDEPLATES,NO MILK, NO BUTTER. IT WAS NECESSARY TO CARRY EVERYTHING TO THE TABLE. IT MIGHT BE EASIER FOR THE STAFF BUT DOES ANYONE THINK OF THE GUESTS?

Bad Points: Needed decorating. The shower did not work.
Further Comments: Decor felt dated and was a bit shabby. The shower unit in the bedroom did not work properly. The room was otherwise comfortable. Staff service was excellent, and food the best I have had anywhere in recent years. Car parking service was provided. Very well located for the seafront

Bad Points: A bit frayed around the edges. Good do with some refurbishment, coat of paint in the bathroom, etc
Further Comments: I booked a one night stay, bed and breakfast. We looked forward to a good breakfast, but found that an exhibition had taken over the restaurant. Breakfast was therefore spread over two or three rooms with the hot buffet positioned in a dark corridor. The food was a bit cool and we had to ask for everything: tea, coffee, toast, etc. This was however, the only negative aspect of our stay. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Good Points: Hotel very close to the sea - very good location.
Bad Points: Hotel restaurant experience was poor.
Further Comments: I have stayed at this hotel several times. I am assuming this stay was a 'blip' - it wasn't up to its usual standard - the restaurants had changed and were not copimg with the volume of people.
