| Good Points: Spacious and comfortable room,very good food. |

| Further Comments: Having visited this Hotel many times before we always find your services and your staff very kind and friendly. The situation of the Hotel is very central and close to most amenities. We will be staying at your Hotel again in February as part of a large group.Thank you. |

| Good Points: Spacious rooms. The restaurant staff were always pleasant and gay. The 24 hour service of food .The professionalism and attitude of staff during our blackout!!!! |
| Bad Points: some rooms being made as smoking allowed.I thought i had requested a Smoking rooms but this was not allowed in the room i stayed in. Therefore i assumed all rooms were no smoking and would have preferred to have been made aware at booking. |
| Further Comments: The rooms were very spacious and clean but most importantly in November they were warm and also had a portable heater. The staff were always friendly and accomodating. The blackout which occured for BOURNEMOUTH during my stay obviously disrupted the majority of the town. However at Marsham Court the staff excelled and provided a full 4 course meal for over 100 guests IN CANDLELIGHT. The bar area catered seperately for smoking guests and the 24 hour service of food was fantastic. |

| Good Points: Convenient to the Pavilion Theatre where we were visiting. |
| Bad Points: Our room was cold and did not warm up throughout our stay. The heating was only switched on for a few hours in the evening and there was only mimimum heat from the radiator. We were offered an electric heater. One expects an hotel room to be comfortably warm in November by the sea. |
| Further Comments: The hotel is conveniently placed for the Pavilion Theatre and the beaches. There is a large car park at the rear of the hotel. The restaurant and the breakfast is good. If booking during the winter months beware that when we stayed in November the room heating was only switched on for a few hours in the evening. We had to sit with our coats on to keep warm! |

| Further Comments: The hotel was clean and welcoming. The bedroom was excellent - large, roomy and comfortable and the bathroom was large with clean fluffy towels changed every day. All in all a very enjoyable stay it was a shame about the weather! |

| Further Comments: For the price paid by room per night (ᅡᆪ95) we would have expected a much higher standard of accomodation. The ensuite facility was inadequate, cramped and very old fashoined. The hotel itself seems to be stuck in the 70's and all the facilities and decor need to be brought up to date.
I would not recommend this hotel as it currently stands. |
