Good Points: modern, clean, friendly
Further Comments: Overall the hotel was excellent. However, the breakfast room was very busy, there was not enough staff, we had to ask for bread, cutlery, milk, napkins and a replenishment of hot food. The hot food arrived, but the cutlery and napkins turned up later - by which time the food was cold. The coffee machine was not working and on our arival in the breakfast, every vacant table needed clearing.

Bad Points: One thing was the kettle lead in my room was too short and had to fill my cup in my hand rather than on the table. Because of the short lead i spilt the water two or three times
Further Comments: Apart from the niggly short kettle lead i thought it was excellent although the people who checked me out in the morning could have been a bit friendlier. They were very efficient but lacked the rapore. But well impressed with the hotel

Good Points: It was clean, comfortable, and the facitities were fully explained in the form of leaflets in the room.
Further Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and have already booked for the coming week (business, unfortunately!) The reception we got was professional, polite and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and all the facilities available was fully explained in brochures left in the room. Thank you to everyone there!

Good Points: Excellent value accommodation at the price I paid.
Further Comments: This is the second time I have used this Hotel. The accommodation is of above average specification for the price paid. Staff helpful and friendly. Wi Fi access convenient and well priced. I will certainly use the Hotel again when I am in the area.

Good Points: was very clean, bed was comfortable room was stylish, facilities were good.
Further Comments: It was just an overnight stay that was needed, for the money the room and facilities were very good.The only downfall i would say is the drinks at the bar seemed very expensive.

Good Points: Easy to find. Modern hotel with excellent facilities.
Further Comments: Hotel reception was clean & tidy and the receptionist very helpful and efficient.Our room was a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable. The television reception was not very good. We enjoyed the breakfast and were very pleased overall with our stay. This hotel is good value for money and convenient for the town centre and the Ironbridge museums.

Good Points: Clean, sleak and comfortable room.Wet room shower facility excellent.
Bad Points: Small resource folder within the room confirming breakfast times, meal times in the restuarant within the Holiday Inn
Further Comments: We were not made aware that there was a large conference taking place during the w/e.This was particularly an issue during the Sunday morning buffet breakfast as many candidates appeared to be partaking of breakfast who had not resided overnight at the hotel; it was observed that many candidates parked their cars and then joined colleagues who had possibly stayed the night.Hotel Staff appeared not to be able to keep up with the demand for the buffet items and were also a little sharpe when approached for more supplies - I was informed that there weren't any croissants left at 0900hrs and that the rolls would need to be defrosted and bacon cooked for those of us requiring our breakfast included in our tarfiff.The breakfast lounge was also utilised as a coffee lounge for those attending the conference; surely the conference centre has it's own facilities that candidates could use? However this did not effect our overall stay at the hotel. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and apporachable. Our meals within the Holiday Inn were superb.

Further Comments: Breakfast is fine for those that are satisfied with a continental style buffet breakfast - apart from hot bacon, there's little or no cooked food. Had dinner one night in the Holiday Inn next door, and whilst the food and the resturant itself was good to excellent, both were let down by over worked or just plain sulky front of house staff.

Good Points: It was modern and fresh looking, The overall view of the hotel was a excellent standard. A really enjoyable stay.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have known if there was a bath in the hotel room. As i excepted one. But the standard of the shower and bathroom area was very high. As a whole i didnt expect much as i was paying less than just a travel lodge. But when i walked in, i was supprised in that a warm welcome, and the overall comfort and look of the hotel.

Good Points: Upon arrival the receptionist (Sue) was extremely helpful as our reservations were not straight forward. Clean rooms with evrything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money.
Bad Points: Could not improve on anything, best hotel we've stayed in over the last year.
Further Comments: As Above-excellent. All staff helpful and friendly. Best continental breakfast we've ever had.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly, which we don't find very often travelling as a young couple. Room was extremely clean and felt very homely, I would suggest the hotel to anybody.
