| Further Comments: We were generally satisfied with our stay. However, as is invariably the case, the inconsiderate behaviour of other guests was a downside factor, particularly the slamming of doors at a time when many people are attempting to get to sleep. |

| Good Points: Service, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Facilities and restaurant were of good quality. |
| Bad Points: Room needed a refit, carpet had a hole which was covered with duck tape. We have paid less money for a far superior room in other hotels. |
| Further Comments: Staff were professional, efficient and helpful. Facilities looked good although we did not have time to make use of them. Restaurant provided excellent food and service. However the cost was excessive for the quality of the room. |

| Bad Points: Layout of hotel was confusing at first, finding our way to the restaurant on the first evening was fun |
| Further Comments: Accomodation is functuonal and comfortable. We booked a table in the restaurant for dinner rather than travel into town. Food was fine but all in our party of 5 did felt it was expensive for what it was. 10% service was added to the bill automatically. Breakfast the following morning was good, self service hot breakfast plus cereals etc. |
