Good Points: The freindly atmosphere made my stay, home from home
Bad Points: I was not aware that evening meals were nolonger available, but they were a week earlier. The TV in my room did not work

Good Points: friendly wecoming staff
Bad Points: soap tray kept falling off in shower-dropped on foot and cut it. Bedstead not too comfortable when watching tv.
Further Comments: Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again. The hotel would benefit from some re-decoration, looking a little tired. Good value for money.

Good Points: The outstanding service by the staff, especially at breakfast.
Bad Points: No one offered to help carry the bags to or from the room.
Further Comments: The Grange is a charming little b&b in Cheltenham. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are generally spacious and clean and the bathrooms have been remodeled so that they are more contemporary. Also, the location is excellent as it's only a 5-10 minute walk from the center of town. The service is good and after a long day out exploring the countryside you can put your feet up and settle in for the night in the downstairs bar.

Bad Points: 0830 - 0930 is a little restrictive for breakfast on a Sunday. Perhaps the Continental options could be available for longer?
Further Comments: The rooms were comfortable & attractive, the WiFi worked, there was desk space for the two of us to check our emails and blog comments, breakfast was nice, the staff were relaxed and helpful (when we asked about check-out time they looked in the book & said whenever you like). Another power point next to the work surfaces would have been helpful (there was a second one, but it was over by the wardrobe). I had to leave my laptop on battery while my friend plugged hers in.

Good Points: everything was good. close to enough to everywhere we wanted to go to. 10mins walk to town centre and 5mins to football ground.
Further Comments: very pleasant stay . breakfast was very good. one of the best ive had in the years ive traveled about. one of the better places to stay.
