Good Points: ROOM CLEAN AND WARM,BEDS COMFY,HAD A GOOD 8 HOURS!
Further Comments: STAFF HELPFUL AND CHEERFULL. COULD DO WITH A LIFT TO ACCOMODATION. DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN STAFF COULD DO WITH SOME TRAINING,COOK CLOSED THE DINING ROOM AT 21 30HRS,WE HAD TO GO INTO THE TOWN TO EAT.

Good Points: not the fire alarms constantley going off
Bad Points: the workmen and the fire alarms constabtley going off disturbing and the quality of the food at my friend party was innacetable
Further Comments: maybe we booked to stay at the wrong time my dear friends 80th party was ruined by the quality of the food and the room was cold

Further Comments: HOTEL needs sprucing up with paint etc.de luxe rooms need to hace all facilities working ie all light bulbs,phones and flushes. bathrooms need to be furbished with new shower curtains and bath and sink sealant replaces and panels under basins replaced when removed for maintenance.non smokinf rooms should be just that or smells erased.

Good Points: Clean, tidy, very good staff

Further Comments: The hotel and staff where great, The rooms booked where 2 x luxury singles, I was in room 18 and found it fare from luxury, low ceiling hight, poor lighting, cold bathroom, plus woke up cold as the heating was off. The bar was quite expensive, The food was very good the breakfast menu extensive. all the staff where great and very efficient.

Bad Points: Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke although the room was listed as non smoking.Toilet smelled and was not as clean as one would expect. The beer served in the bar in the afternoon was disgusting. We had to remind the waiting staff that we had ordered coffee and tea for breakfast before it was finally served.
Further Comments: Overall we found that it was too expensive for the quality and service provided. Standard of cleanliness was low.

Good Points: Staff were very good. very friendly and helpful
Bad Points: The dￃﾩcor needs repairing, repainting, new carpets and good air would do a lot of favours, and ensuring all the windows were in good condition (the bottom part of the sash was hanging off on mine)
Further Comments: Staff were very good, but the hotel needs some repair work and some redecorating, The hotel was clean, but I feel it could do with a good airing.

Good Points: Economic and good facilities i.e. restaurant and bar. Location was also good/central.
Bad Points: Some delay in getting drinks/food. Quality of breakfast was poor.
Further Comments: Positive budget accomodation with a pleasant atmosphere. Basic room but more than adequate for the price, with tea and clothes facilities an unexpected bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and atmosphere was generally very good. Enjoyable dinner, but breakfast was poor as pastries very rock hard! Didn't deter from a positive, relaxing stay, however.
