Good Points: It was clean, welcoming and at 8-10 minutes walk only from lots of pubs and restaurants. Shower was very powerful, nice. Breakfast was very nice.
Bad Points: We had a room with windows on the street, which is a busy road. We had to keep windows closed but it was still a bit noisy. We were lucky to find a parking space in the street very close to the hotel but there are only 2 parking spaces for the hotel.
Further Comments: General review is that it was a good place to stay. I would go back there again.

Good Points: Convenient location
Bad Points: The room I was allocated was tiny!! The bathroom was a tight squeeze as all sink, toilet and shower were crammed into a very small space.
Further Comments: I have stayed in most of the small hotels in this area over a long period and this one is not the best of the bunch. Don't book room 3, it is tiny and on the day I stayed the rain was heavy which made a noise on the perspex cover outside my window sound like an army marching past. This room also was directly above reception and the TV downstairs drowned out any sound from the TV in the room. I am sure the other room in this hotel are fine, but if you book online it would be good if the hotel could contact you in advance to warn you that the room you have been allocated is on the small side. And like other hotels in the area offer a discount if you are offered a small room.

Good Points: Friendly and pleasant staff. The room was small but very well equipped, clean and comfortable with a definite sense of style, all colours co-ordinating. The location was right for my needs, and the hotel exterior is welcoming with flowers in bloom, all obviously well cared for.
Bad Points: It would have helped the hotel and me if the website had a way of letting my estimated arrival time be known.
Further Comments: This hotel suited my needs perfectly and I shall stay there again, I hope, when I next visit Swansea. It was well described on the web-site and good value for money.

Good Points: Very friendly staff
Bad Points: Family room was very clean but is in need of redecoration, along with the dining room.
Further Comments: To be honest it was a very last minute booking, therefore it met our needs adaquately

Good Points: It had a personal 'attention to detail' kind of feel about it. It felt as if the owner took some pride in the place.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Everything was fine. The room was fine and the booking and checking in was fine. Very pleasant place to stay and great staff. Also, the staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful unlike some bed and breakfasts I've stayed at.

Good Points: The room was clean, well maintained, and cozy. The room was small, but completely adequate for my business purposes. Breakfast was prompt, with hearty portions, and tasty. The Internet booking allowed me to browse and choose this hotel with ease. All was in order, on my arrival. A good experience, and I will probably stay at this hotel again.
Bad Points: The on street parking was poor. Most spaces within a good distance were filled by the time I returned from work. The hotel is located on a very busy street, and it is hectic to drive about. I did not eat dinner at the hotel, which resulted in a diffiicult time searching for a quiet pub that serves food.
Further Comments: The hotel is located on a busy street about a mile or so from the city center. You have to walk through some less than picturesque neighborhoods to get to city center. Parking is on the street, so getting a parking place is dicey. The area surrounding the hotel seems decent enough with no security worries. Inside the staff is pleasant and helpful. Cost for a single room is attractive. The room was small, but clean and well furnished. Very homey and comfortable. The shower has adequate amounts of hot water and all the amenities are in good working order. Breakfast is good and starts early. I did not sample the evening meals. A few restaurants are within short walking distance, one traditional pub (no food in evening) and a few sports pubs with food. This place has earned its three stars.

Further Comments: Generally very good. Food in particular was excellent and very good value for money. Staaff friendly without being intrusive.

Good Points: Everything we required had been provided, and very clean and comfortable.sorry but we bought the liquid soap home by mistake!
Bad Points: Have a small bar to maybe sit in of an evening.
Further Comments: Welcoming staff and very helpful with any requests and with knowledge of the local area and facilities. Food was excellent.

Good Points: Pretty much everything.
Bad Points: Difficult to say. We were only there one night but had no complaints whatsoever.
Further Comments: No bulky keys to carry. Just a credit card sized smart card. Exceptionally clean. Quiet area with many local amenities. Best B&B I've stayed in in Swansea so far. They even do a Welsh breakfast with cockles and lava bread! I know Swansea. I was brought up there and go back to visit my mother. If you actually want to sleep at the weekend stay away from Oystermouth Road on the sea-front. It is cheap but packed with noisy clubbers coming in at 3AM. The Uplands
