Good Points: Good Breakfast
Bad Points: To expensive for the quality of the accomodation, no secure parking at ￃﾂￂﾣ60 per night would have expected it, not to be parked on a main road.
Further Comments: Secure parking. Would only reccommend as a non car owner,

Good Points: The location, the view of the bay and the friendliness of the owner
Bad Points: The road was abit noisey at night
Further Comments: Really friendly guest house that overlooks Swansea Bay. The owner really went out of his make to look after us - even cooking a full veggie breakfast for my wife.

Bad Points: small room. dark.
Further Comments: Coffee and tea facilities not topped up day 2. No soap or hand towels in toilet. no bathmat in shower. view from window overlooking backyard. parking an issue during week. nowhere to sit to sit in room except bed. Noisy water pipework. Owners very pleasant, breakfast good, but far too early for leisure guest, last breakfast 8.15. except Sunday.

Good Points: Leonardos is a friendly and informal guest house and our hosts were very helpful. The English breakfast was fantastic.
Further Comments: We are Australians living in Rome and it was wonderful to find an Italian Host (Leonardo) in Wales. He is very understanding and was very helpful in identifying other Australian expats in the town of Swansea. It was like being at home, both in Italy and in Australia.

Good Points: The view was spectacular as it overlooked the sea.
Bad Points: The bed was really squeeky, which we found a little embaresing when we moved.
Further Comments: The staff where really friendley had helpful. The food was wonderful and plenty of it. We thought that the price was great for the type of room we had.

Good Points: It was cheap the breakfast was fine it was what I wanted for the weekend.
Bad Points: I thought the shower room on top floor was a bit cramped, the hand basin in my room was cracked.Because the weather was hot I slept with the window open which was situated above the head of the bed which meant I had a slight stiffnrss in my neck.
Further Comments: The hotel was ok for my needs. I didn't use the facilities provided so I can't comment on them.I was concerned about parking on such a busy road but there was off road parking only a few minutes away.Should I visit the Gower again I would consider going back.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and informative of surounding area, the view from the room we had was beautiful looking across the beach and water.
Further Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay in the leonardos guest house where we received good service from the staff who were very friendly. The staff gave us great help in finding our way around the area so as to get to the place where we had to attend. The room was very neat and tidy and more than addequate for our needs. In conclusion we all had a very nice time there and were abe to get a good rest before continuing with our journey, and I would certainly use this guest house again in future.

Further Comments: I would have liked to have known that the bathrooms were shared as the noise from people using the bathroom right next to our room was disturbing

Good Points: Close to sea. Easy access to town.
Bad Points: No leaflets on Gower peninsular or Mumbles. En-suite rooms.
Further Comments: Overall not bad. No parking except on a yellow line outside hotel. We thought ﾣ50 per room was pricey for a non ensuite room. The tumblers for orange were marked and had to be wiped every morning.

Good Points: Great view over Swansea bay from our room at the front.
Further Comments: This hotel suited our purpose of a short stay whilst visiting our son who is studying at the University. Closet space in our room was ok for 2 nights, but would not have been so for a longer stay
