Good Points: it is all recently been re decorated etc so it is fresh and clean, hopefully it will stay like it.
Further Comments: I booked on Room only basis, I thought the breakfast @ 14.95 was extortionately priced, I had an evening meal the night before for less!!

Good Points: The staff were helpfull the location was good and the hotel had parking available

Good Points: Good central location and nicely decorated lobby.
Bad Points: My room was extremely tatty and in bad need of redecoration. Evidence of damp was everywhere, windows did not close properly and the bathroom needed to be updated. The breakfast was extremely expensive and did not give value for money.

Good Points: clearn, nice, spacious and good rate, and convenient
Bad Points: offer special hand to those guests who have heavy luggy
Further Comments: fantastic and I will come and stay again when my next trip to leeds.
