Further Comments: this hotel offered a high standard of motel type accomodation that was convenient to all amenities.Parking in a semi secure area was appreciated. Although for the real night owl (not me) maybe 2300 closing of reception and car park might be a slight problem.

Bad Points: Room was cold and hard to heat up. Noisey as well.
Further Comments: Check in and bar and resturant staff were all very good. Food was good as well.

Bad Points: There was no plugs so I couldn't straighten my hair or charge my phone!
Further Comments: We were having a girlie night out in Hull and used this hotel for it's convenience and price. The room was basic yet very clean with the necessary facilities such as hairdryer/phone/satellite TV. The noise from other rooms was minimal and it was very close to the city centre so we saved on taxi's. The only negative point was there was no plug sockets in the room so I could not plug my straightners in anywhere or charge my mobile phone.

Further Comments: Complete overall of the property required. Rather shabby looking. Bar & restaurant vastly over priced. Basically ok for an overnight stay, but would be depressing for longer than that.

Good Points: Clean bathroom
Bad Points: Could do with a decor refresh
Further Comments: We both agree that the reception staff were very helpful and extremely hard working. A fast and efficient service with bar and food. Some other clientel were very rude, but this was handled well by the guy on reception.
