Further Comments: Everything ok except breakfast was appalling. Cold beans and generally uninviting looking meal. Spoilt the stay !

Good Points: Location was terrific, Staff very friendly.
Bad Points: Hotel needs a refurb
Further Comments: Location first class for theatre & shopping. Room a good size and staff very friendly. Hotel does need a refurb but dont be put off by that as its plus points outweigh the minus points. Breakfast not the warmest but put that down to the lack of modern facilities. ie; Kept warm by a small gas burner which is not good enough. I would go back again.

Good Points: Bedroom was clean, excellent and secure car park, close proximity to all central attractions
Bad Points: Hotel is in need of refurbishment - very old and tatty furniture in hallways and reception area. Bathroom was in need of paining and renewing.
Further Comments: A central hotel, Ok for an overnight stay. Really does need a total revamp. It is very tired and worn! Breakfast was very poor - cold and in short supply. Possibly the worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel.

Bad Points: Room was next to the lift which was very noisy especially 2.00 to 3.00 AM !!!
Further Comments: Finding hotel very difficult especially at night.there was nothing to say hotel main door was actually on the car park-2 floors up.instructions to find hotel were bad.

Further Comments: Hotel in need of refurbishment - whilst comparing like for like, the expenditure warranted a more up-to-date appearance. Small issues such as television not working were annoying.

Good Points: Very neat, clean, cool, compact, great view
Bad Points: Nothing really. Maybe toliet seat to be checked for looseness. But it did not bother us.
Further Comments: Great stay, central location WITH car parking. Good deal via the Web site, offering inclusive breakfast, which was a real bargain. Fantastic breakfast room, with helpful staff. Helpful and courteous front desk staff (we both work in hotels, and the hotel staff are great!)

Good Points: That it was still possible to get a room where smoking was legal.
Bad Points: It was very difficult to find the hotel from the street. we arrived by train, and walked from the station. We were looking to find the main door from the picture we had seen on internet. Nobody we asked in the street knew how to find it. But at last we succeed. (please excuse my bad english)
Further Comments: I would have liked to know that the main door was in the car-parking on the roof.

Bad Points: The Hotel was shabby and run down looking, the staff at Breakfast were astoundingly rude and couldnt have been less helpful if they tried. Only one lift was in working order
Further Comments: Unfortunately my friends and I were dissatisfied with our stay and shall not be returning to the Quality Hotel as it was run down, unclean and the staff at Breakfast were so unhelpful it was a disgrace.

Further Comments: Did not think breakfast was great most of the food was dried out.apart from that bar staff were excellent as was reception and housekeeping staff.
