Good Points: Clean, well organised and particularly helpful reception staff
Bad Points: Double bed (for 2) was a bit small!
Further Comments: We would have liked to have been able to book a 'non-smoking' room on line, the receptionist was very helpful in finding a non-smoking room for us but had to 'juggle' rooms as there was not one available when we arrived.

Good Points: The rooms was spotless and furnished to a higher standard than other Hotels.
Bad Points: Very trivial but no remote for TV
Further Comments: This particular break is an annual event which we very much look forward to. We have stayed in most of the Hotels in and around Leed over the years and we both agree that your Hotel ranks as one of, if not the best. The staff from arriving to leaving were all courteous, pleasant, well mannered and helpful
