Good Points: Ample parking in front of the hotel, excellent service from staff, room quiet, clean and comfortable.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Friendly and very helpfull check in staff set the tone for a very enjoyable stay. The hotel's location close to the heart of the town centre was an added bonus and (despite the scary looking instructions on how to get there)it was remarkably easy to find.

Good Points: Spotlessly clean. All necessary facilities for a short stay, as the room is quite small. Staff were excellent, at check - in, and breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Extensive choice, & well cooked & presented hot breakfast.
Bad Points: Room is a little on small side for more than a few nights, & some noise from people leaving bistro at night. Minor issue though. Could be warm in room in summer, did note that fan is provided.
Further Comments: As above . Staff made the stay very pleasant. Great attitude, & credit to hotel. I make these comments as an ex hotelier.

Good Points: The room was warm and the bed very comfortable. Nice flat screen tv and good tea coffee chocolate and biscuits. Plenty of hot water. Staff very helpful.
Bad Points: Clocks in the hotel room. Wake up call from tv. Higher sinks in bathroom and they are too small.
Further Comments: Nice decor, London prices BUT not London standard
