Bad Points: The noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. Windows sounded like they were open.

Bad Points: Room 415 was above the train station and you could hear the trains and the announcements being made from 6.00 am in the morning

Bad Points: the check in process was a disaster. the slowest i have ever experienced
Further Comments: check in proces was a disaster. i was checking in a group of 8 people and it took more than 45 minutes

Further Comments: Although the room we were in (324)did not directly overlook a main road, we were aware of a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. When we booked in, we were assured that both our rooms were non-smoking (as we had requested when booking), but as soon as I went into the room our sons were in (322), I could smell smoke. Unfortunately, as were were in a hurry to get to a concert, we didn't take this up with Reception at the time, and forgot to do so when we checked out.

Good Points: The hotel was well situated in the city centre, close to amenities. The room was lovely and clean. Had a good view.
Further Comments: Had a good nights rest in the hotel, the room was comfortable. The staff on reception were pleasant. Much enjoyed my stay.

Good Points: It was close to Shopping and convenient to our Funeral Destination
Bad Points: The only problem we had was that the nights were very hot and we were unable to open our windows for ventilation
