Good Points: Clean and comfortable room in a reasonable location, good check out time.
Bad Points: Limited menu choice at night, early closure of the very limited hotel bar. Very expensive breakfast.
Further Comments: Good,clean hotel in a reasonably convenient location for visiting the city centre, using the Metro system. Very comfortable and generously sized bed, albeit a little noisy!

Bad Points: Bath too small & Showers over the Bath with not enough headroom. My husband is 6ft 6ins, consequently he couldn't have a shower, and could only bath with his knees wrapped round his neck
Further Comments: Overall the hotel was comfortable, and staff were friendly. Price for breakfast was expensive, therefore we did what a large number of other guests did, and walked down to the cafe in Tesco shop down the road.

Good Points: it was nice and roomy
Bad Points: there was nothing that I disliked about the accommodation
Further Comments: It would have been nicer if the meals had more vegables on the menu, more tradional meals, there could have been more milk in the rooms, it was also our own fault for not mentioning a disability my daughter has, she found the bath a bit high. But overall our stay was excellent the staff were more than helpful, and pleasant.

Good Points: very good room, pool and restaurant area. Breakfast staff were excellent but run off their feet!!!! Still remained very courteous and helpful.
Bad Points: Ventilation needs improving. Warm weekend had to request a fan which made it OK. Good idea to leave fans in rooms. Room design very good only two small points to improve in the future - WC should have a small wash hand basin and access into the bathroom a bit tight with the bed.
Further Comments: See above. A very enjoyable 3 night stay, every thing in the hotel was clean and staff very helpful.Well done.

Good Points: It was close to the wedding venue and the breakfast was good!
Bad Points: The room was awful, there was no airconditioning which meant the room was unbearably hot. The bath was broken and there was no toilet roll! The bed was also uncomfortable.
Further Comments: We booked on a room only basis but decided to have breakfast the following morning - no one informed us of the price and we ended up paying ﾣ24 just for some toast and tea! What a rip off - I would never stay in Novotel again. Realy disappointed.

Bad Points: during this hot weather could have done with air conditioning as difficulty in sleeping. window only opened very small amount
Further Comments: the room was of a high standard (we were upgraded) and was very clean and apart from lack of air conditioning was very comfortable and quiet.

Good Points: I have used this hotel on several occasions and I found that the staff are very good. It is ideal for my business purposes with easy access to the A1.
Bad Points: Nothing to be upset about at all.

Bad Points: needed taxi for city/airport - some distance from metro so take metro to airport and taxi back.
