Good Points: Spacious, clean and bright room. Shower that did not knock me over!
Bad Points: Room too hot.
Further Comments: Easy to get to. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Further Comments: The hotel was lovely. However, there were lots of banging doors during the night, the whole night, but I assumed this was due to the high winds. However, on checking out the following morning, a group of young men were being quite abusive to the receptionist as they were being charged additional amounts for unsuitable behaviour, which could have been the noises we heard during the night, which did disrupt our sleep. The receptionist handled the situation extremely well though!

Good Points: Heated bathroom flooring, all the added extras for our convenience.
Bad Points: No duvet at night, air conditioning to cool, continous noise from bathroom extractor fan overnight.
Further Comments: Conveniently situated from Newcastle. The Hotel overall was excellent, having our two children included in the price was great value. As we were only booked in for breakfast this was excellent, the choices multiple, well presented and prepared. Value for money.

Bad Points: the room was next to noisy extraction plant -- could not sleep. The sink tap leaked over the floor. The decor was tatty and and the room cold on arrival and the radiator was noisy
Further Comments: Poor value , very basic and drab room with major faults regarding noise even with double glazing . This room 105 should not be let in my view because of the unnaceptable noise

Further Comments: Avoir plus de prￃﾩcision sur les heures de repas en cas d'arrivￃﾩe relativement tardive aprￃﾨs 19h par exemple.

Good Points: location
Bad Points: This hotel is geared for airport travellers and this shows through on all service levels, car park is a total mess.
Further Comments: Hotel is very tired and needs up-dating with a little love and care required.

Good Points: room was bigger than expected.
Bad Points: sliding doors did not open furtheras it was really hot and a/c unit was not good enoughfor hot weather.
Further Comments: had a good time , hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly. 8/10 ... it was dead on.

Good Points: Basic, clean, fit for purpose. Great to be able to open a window/sliding doors to the outside to get fresh air. Good to be offered complementary toiletries etc in event of forgetting them. Rapid checking out system
Bad Points: Was next to a stairwell and noise of people walking up/down stairs early morning was intrusive.
Further Comments: Once inside the main entrance was a litle souless. When approached counter,could hear staff discussing work related matters. No way of attracting their attention (eg no bell). Did notice a small camera monitoring the counter but it could have been for security. The nature of the breakfast. Some dishes were not replenished during the a.m. serving. Good idea to have two types of sausages - but neither vegetarian.

Good Points: room quite spacious, decor tasteful, including good art prints on walls
Bad Points: bed too small for 2; room airless without opening window, then traffic noise
Further Comments: Conveniently located on the A1 the hotel building is pleasantly designed. Although no longer modern it has aged well. The downside of the location is, unsurprisingly, traffic noise. We got a good price via the web and the room was pleasant and quite spacious although the bed was too small for two. The inclusive breakfast was better than often found in this price range.

Good Points: very happy with the service and would gladly recommend you to others, will be staying again for certain.
Bad Points: breakfast, the only downside to while stay was the cost of breakfast, far too steep, but otherwise excellent

Good Points: Staff were very helpful, especailly on reception and the room was large and clean. The room service breakfast was excellent.
Bad Points: A little expensive for a single night for one person.
