Good Points: Clean with efficient service

Further Comments: Overall very good however parking in the multi-storey can be a problem at weekends due to the busy nightlife nearby.

Further Comments: We where well looked after and the staff where very helpfull. For me attending a company function at the ICC the hotel is in the ideal position with only a 3 minute walk. For my partner who stayed in the hotel in the evening and who is very partial to Indian meals, your indian room menue was perfect.

Good Points: the overall atmosphere of the hotel,and that it was so close to the city centre.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have had some idea of what dining facilities were available and some idea of the cost involved with eating in the hotel.

Good Points: It was clean, had parking, was well managed and central to the City Centre.
Bad Points: I thought the room decor was a little out of date and not in keeping with a 4 star accomodation.
Further Comments: I had a great couple of days. it was my first time to Birmingham City Centre and I thought Birmingham was fabolous and the hotel was perfectly positioned for their visitors to enjoy the excellant local sites, shopping centres and other facilities. Rooms need to be redecorated.

Bad Points: we booked a twin bedded room, on the day of booking, and when we arrived at the hotel were told no twin bedded rooms available,. not tooo happy about that, although they did put in a childs bed in the room.

Bad Points: The continuous noise from the ventilation system in the bathroom gave me the worst night's sleep I have had since my children were babies.

Ripped pillow slips, peeling paint on skirting and blue substance on walls. Poor for 4 star rating. Entrance area and bars very presentable just dissapponted by room and service.

Good Points: Very convenient for local venues however very basic service and accomodation.

Further Comments: Overall I was happy with the Copthorne Hotel.I really enjoyed the Brian Turner restaurant.
