| Good Points: Good grounds |
| Bad Points: Swervice in restaurant appauling...had to wait over an hour to get served on friday night. Staff were very apologetic, low staffing levels was the reason given. Could not be accomodated for dinner at all on Saturday. |
| Further Comments: My car grounded out in the gravel car park on arrival & has caused some damage to its underside. Theb receptionist nor manager were unsympathetic & refused to let me park in a tarmaced space. There were tarmaced areas unoccupied over the weekend.The gravelled areas are not fit for purpose since a gap graded aggregate has been used which has no cohesion & consequently does not bind together & leaves large mounds of material banked up. For that reason alone I will not be using this hotel again. |

Nice large room, immaculately clean. |
| Further Comments: Everything was first-class. We had two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was excellent - probably the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel in England. We will definitely be staying again.
We found the staff, without exception, very friendly and welcoming. |

| Further Comments: Eigentlich ein schￃﾶnes Hotel, was die besten Zeiten schon gesehen hat. Jetzt etwas verstaubt. Die meisten Zimmer im Park sind rlativ neu, ohne Flair und Charm, wie ich es bei einem alten Hotel erwartet hￃﾤtte. Motelcharakter, da jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Zugang hat.Die Zimmer sind sehr einsehbar von anderen Hotelgￃﾤsten durch groￃﾟe Fenstertￃﾼren. Nur kleine Lￃﾼftungsfenster, da die Tￃﾼren aus Glas nachts nicht geￃﾶffnet bleiben kￃﾶnnen. |

Beautiful grounds, perfect location for Lymington and good gym facilities. |

Restaurant was undergoing refurbishment so dinner was in smaller restaurant. Service was not great and having been told not too book I had to wait 20 minutes for a table. |

| Further Comments: grounds were beautiful and accommodation overall was good though bed and bedding were only adequate particularly for genre of hotel. also broadband was advertised as being included and apparently due to refurbishment of leisure centre it was not available. however my thoughts are alternate arrangements should have been made. in addition sky tv would have been good.
overall however enjoyed our stay. |
