| Further Comments: Wardrobe door (mirror) would not open due to other furniture; mould around shower tray; no battery in remote controller (room not checked; dinner booked for 20.30, but 4 hours later told last orders 20.15: as this did not suit we cancelled: resulted in voluble whoop of delight by member of restaurant staff; hardly welcoming, etc. |

| Further Comments: it was very difficult to park near to the hotel. small car park at the back was full as were the spaces outside no alternative suggested. The room was very hot had to have th window open which meant that we had all the traffic noise and the very noisy newly returned students. Very interesting hotel and the facilities were great, supper breakfast in good surroundings. |
