Good Points: Good food, comfortable room, good location
Bad Points: No broadband access for laptop in room
Further Comments: The hotel is good value and ideal for leasure stays. It is a bit out of the city for tourism but ideal for my business visit. The food is excelent but the lack of any broadband connection in the room limits it for business use. I would have liked to have known that internet in the room was ONLY available through the TV.

Further Comments: The hotel was well situated and the small lake was a pleasant feature. Value for money was spoilt by the cost of breakfast at over ￂﾣ12 per person for the continental variety

Good Points: Everything was very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Further Comments: This hotel was just perfect for us. With a lake view room the view was amazing. The hotel is in easy reach of the city centre by bus and other amenites are very close by. There is plenty to do in the town centre and in the hotel. We were very well looked after.

Further Comments: The rooms and the bars and the reception areas,were all first class as were the the staff. the disapointmet was that the shops were shut as it was a bank holliday and their was nothing else around, had it been any other time it would have probaly have been ok

Good Points: Swimming pool, sauna, gymn were all great. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.
Bad Points: Cleanliness- they need new cleaners who know what polish is for and can look at the vertical surfaces as well as the horizontal ones!!
Further Comments: The hotel and staff were nice but it was disappointing because windows were dirty and the large amount of wood furniture/ panelling was grubby. Dustbin in the bathroom was broken, tap was v difficult to turn on.

Good Points: Great lesure facilities.Spacious and a relaxing room.
Bad Points: No bottles of water in the room, or tea bags.
Further Comments: Great spacious hotel with excellent facitities.A huge variety of breakfast to choose from.
