Good Points: Good size single room. Good Leisure facilities.
Bad Points: Poor choice of food on menu. However quality of food was very good
Further Comments: Over all quality of hotel was good value at the discounted rate. Would normally be outside my price range at full price for a business trip.

Good Points: The facilities, the proximity to the Mayflower theatre and the staff.
Further Comments: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great (had it to ourselves most of the time)and everything was very clean. Although the hotel is in need of some decoration, on the whole it was a good value, clean and friendly place. Will use again when visiting the Mayflower theatrea.

Further Comments: I found the staff to be courteous, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Parking at the multi-storey at the rear of the hotel, then obtaining a refund after leaving the car park was too cumbersome.

Good Points: Clean accommodation and warm {Feb}
Bad Points: Overlooking a carpark and offices - squeaky floorboards. Lack of parking facilities!
Further Comments: Would like to have known there was no on site parking. Helpful friendly staff at all levels made our stay pleasant. Good luck, John and Trish

Further Comments: have stayed here before and recommended it to others Food excellent value for money, staf informative, although no car park facility at hotel (made aware of whilst booking) public car park nextto hotel, and hotel happy to refund parking charges

Bad Points: dinner menu was a bit basic and the none of the lights worked apart from bathroom
Further Comments: I would still stay here again on price and convenience

Good Points: It was booked easily and the staff were very helpful.
Bad Points: There was a power cut from the night before then into the morning, which mean't no hot water, lights or most importantly tea making facility..
Further Comments: Felt like asking for some kind of refund as we were left without power to charge phones, laptops, tea making, no hot water etc from midnight until we checked out??

Good Points: Close to town, and train station. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome.
