Good Points: good friendly staff who were very helpful
Bad Points: room was on the small side, but everything that i wanted. Shower wasnt powerful or hot enough.

Good Points: The staff were extremely friendly
Bad Points: The hotel is looking very tired, peeling wallpaper, worn carpets and generally just looking shabby.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and there was great value for money for the facilities that were available.
Bad Points: Rooms were a bit small if you were planning to stay for a few nights
Further Comments: The hotel was ideal for an overnight stay, we stayed only for one night as we went to see a concert in the nearby CIA. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the city centre. Thumbs up :)

Good Points: The hotel was very central to all needs and reasonably priced for the time of the year. Generally the hotel was clean throughout.
Bad Points: The room was very small. The decor was very poor. The ceiling was covered in very old dusty cobwebs. The whole room including the bathroom requires a complete revamp. The walls are paper thin. The floorboards creaked throughout the hotel.

Further Comments: Good central location.Shops,stations and venues in walking distance' Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent . Coming from the country we found it rather noisy at night but we were expecting that.We will definately be coming again - with earplugs.

Bad Points: too much noise staying at the front of the hotel , last time we stayed we were at the back and managed a decent nights sleep without beer barrels being delivered in the early hours below the hotel .Also the tea and coffee in the dining hall are undrinksable

Further Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sandringham Hotel. It was clean & tidy & the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help with enquiries. There was a nice varied choice on the breakfast menu, guests weren't restricted to one or two dishes. I was a little put off by the fact that it was a non-smoking hotel at first, but having stayed there, I now appreciate why the owners came to that decision.

Good Points: Staff were exceptional,always so friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.
Further Comments: I would really recommend this hotel - staff so nice and rooms comfortable. Location is very central as well. Great value and breakfast was good.I'll be back for sure.
