CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

The Queens Hotel will only be able to authorise credit cards. If you offer a debit card (Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa debit), The Queens Hotel will charge full payment prior to your arrival.
Other Information:
Rooms with a river view are available on request, subject to availability (at an additional cost). This is not included in the total costs quoted. Availability can only be guaranteed by checking directly with the hotel.
The Queens Hotel does not accept single sex groups of 5 people or more.
All public areas (including lounge and balcony) in the hotel are non-smoking, to comply with new legislation. Limited smoking rooms are available (7). These should be requested at time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
CHILD POLICY: Children older than 16 years are considered adult for room occupancy. Children no older than 1 year can stay for free.
