COMMENTS: All guests are checked out by email, fax or post on departure. Payment for room charges is taken one working day prior to arrival with the remainder of any charges charged on departure. Reservations of 4 or more days duration will incur a non-refundable deposit of 20% charged to the credit card on the day that the reservation is made. Reservations for guests with a different person's credit card will not be accepted. Credit card holders are required to be present. A 50 GBP non-refundable deposit is required for special offers.
Peak period bookings require full non-refundable prepayment 30 days prior to arrival. The hotel will notify guests by email if they have booked during a peak period. If the guest does not then wish to adhere to this prepayment they can cancel immediately without charge. Reservations not taken up by 22:00 are deemed as 'non arrival' unless prior arrangements are agreed. 'Non arrival' reservations are charged in full.
