Exit at j12 onto m275 towards Portsmouth. At end of m275 take 2nd exit at Church St roundabout. Continue to next roundabout and again take 2nd exit, follow signs for 'Historic Waterfront'. Stay in left lane and continue through traffic lights. After traffic lights move into right hand lane and at next lights turn right into Park Rd/ Millennium Boulevard (signposted Gunwharf Quays). Hotel is at the end of the road.
