In keeping with the history of the house as a private residence, each bedroom is unique. All have colour co- ordinated linen, curtains and bedding. Naturally there is TV, self-dial telephone and hospitality tray. All beds have electric blankets for those not so warm spring or autumn nights. There are four standard double rooms: room 2 with bath and shower and room 6, 11 and 12 with walk-in shower. The standard double rooms 2, 11 and 12 overlook the lawn and natural wooded area, while room 6 overlooks Pitlochry. Room 12 is the only ground floor room.

Room 1 overlooks the lawn and the wooded rise above the hotel, while room 3 takes in the woodland and the hills guarding the Tummel Valley.
