Eardley's Hotel is Victorian in age & style, located within the City of Lincoln. Situated on Cross O'Cliff Hill (a15), on the south end of Lincoln High Street, opposite the South Common. The rooms are large and comfortable, some have showers, all have washing facilities. Rooms are catered with bathrobes, Tea & Coffee trays. All the rooms are on the 1st floor, with hall lighting 'on' all night. All Bedrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the residents lounge,on the ground floor.
