By car: - Follow signs for the city by-pass (south). - Continue on the by-pass and exit at 'Straiton Junction' (A701, City Centre). - Follow signs for city centre for 2.5 miles (4 km) through various sets of traffic lights. - You will come to a large junction with 3 lanes. Take middle lane; the hotel is the 6th building on the right hand side. Parking: Parking is available on-site at the hotel. By bus (from Waverley Railway Station, 2.2 miles / 3.5 km): - Number 7 (to Ferniehill), number 8 (to Royal Infirmary) and number 49 (to Rosewell) can all be caught from North Bridge, which is located on the east side of Waverley Railway Station. - Number 29 (to Gorebridge) and number 31 (to Bonnyrigg Toll) can both be caught from Princes Street, which is on the north side of Waverley Railway Station. - For all buses, you will need to get off at 'Craigmillar Park'. By air (from Edinburgh Airport, 13 miles / 21 km): - Board the number 100 bus to Waverley Bridge. - Follow directions from Waverley Railway Station, outlined above.
