There is no reception desk at the apartments allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy and independence during their stay. Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay.
You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
SACO require payment in full prior to guests' arrival at the apartments.
Please note that full payment will be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. Payment by Amex or Diners card is subject to a non-refundable 3% transaction fee.
