Museum of London's canals, the trade they carried and the people who worked and lived on them. Housed in a former ice warehouse the museum also covers the long forgotten trade in natural ice and one of two huge commercial ice wells can be partly viewed. Regularly changing temporary exhibitions are put on. There is also an exhibition about the history of ice cream.
