Hanbury Hall is a very attractive building in the Willaim and Mary style, approached across a forecourt that is punctuated at the corners by two Moorish gazebos.

Whilst the interior has some beautiful painted ceilings it lacks any real character or feeling of previous owners. It appears that the house was emptied prior to its aquisition by the Trust, and although some of the furniture was bought back, it is still missing any real atmosphere.

A formal garden provides access to a detached long gallery and walks in the park.

Wheelchair access to the ground floor. Gardens are only on 2 levels and quite flat. Picnic area in car park.
