"Although very small I knew this before booking, and it worked well for an overnight stay before an early flight."

Good idea, but very small cabins...not for international travelers like me with few luggages. Also not good for claustrophobic people, I had no idea I'm one till I spent the night there. Wireless doesn't work as is advertized, would spend 10 more pounds and go to Marriott. Noisy too, wanted to sleep few hours before my next flight, but had been waken by people every 10-15 min, very noisy at evening time!

Clean, friendly, Smart and everything worked. Quick checkin after minor setback.
Not many really, simply that I booked through booking.com but did not receive your referance, only the booking.com one, which meant I had to go through reception rather than the terminal. No major problems.

Without question the best part of the stay was the shower. I am a retired airline pilot and my wife is a retired flight attendant. We have spent most of our lives traveling the USA and the world. Waking up to a good shower has always been a blessing. Never and I say again I say never have I had a better shower. The shower alone was more than worth the price of the room. In fact we will probably change our routing on our next trip to Europe just to take advantage of the Yotel LGW shower. I do hope all the showers in the Hotel are as good as room 43. The toilet flush button stuck in the flush position at 0330 and I had to go to the front desk to have it fixed in order to stop the water flow.

"A fun place to stay at an airport, very convenient, comfortable bed and helpful staff."
An excellent hotel for a very short stay alone.- No need to bother with shuttle buses. Peaceful.
No bad points. Size of room was small but I knew about this when I booked Yotel so it was what I expected.

"Overall my stay was excellent."
I loved watching the TV at the end of the bed. The bed was so comfy and after travelling for a long time you just moulded into the mattress.
I had trouble with flushing the toilet.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the bed was the perfect size for myself and my 6-year old son and even though the room was tiny like we knew it would be, it still provided everything we needed - and the fact that it was within the airport was fantastic! Checking in the night before was a bonus too!
When having a shower, the water seemed to collect in the bathroom for quite some time. Oh, and the floor seems a bit "hospital-like".

The hotel was very receptive to a criticism I gave about the booking process on Priceline and provided me with a complimentary drink upon arrival.
The internet is really slow on the room TVs. It is pretty loud when people come and go in rooms around you, but I don't know how you can change that, since the rooms are so close together.

Quick and easy booking and check in, clean room, helpful staff but best of all there were no hidden costs.
Only bad point was that my computer logged in OK when I first used it but would never log in again even though I put in my booking number time and time again. You might want to check this with your IP expert

Quiet clean, cosy. Excellent service & food, simple without fuss. Although TV wasn't working so well, the radio and jukebox including classical music was excellent.
TV programmes signal was poor. Can you please provide a 'how-to' guide for the less confident with the technology?

1.right at the airport which allowed me to sleep a little longer not having to worry about transport to the terminal 2. bed was comfortable but could have been a little longer i am 191cm tall and found it a bit difficult to stretch out with the overhang of the wall at the foot of the bed 3. nice and quiet until the early morning rush of people getting ready to leave then there is the general noise of water running and bustling
1. toilet was to close to the sink where it may cause some discomfort for heavy set people to sit 2. there was only one towel and no facecloth. there was no towel for the floor so once i was done showering i am walking barefoot outside the shower room which is the bathroom onto the room entrance where all the shoe grime is, since there is nowhere else to get dressed. 3. my control for the internet wasn't working properly, the mouse feature was stuck in upward position, i am certain the front desk would have replaced it but i only wanted to check my email quickly and couldn't be bothered getting out of bed and getting dressed to go to the front desk for that, maybe a weekly check of such details would avoid inconveniencing the customers.

ease of check in and helpfullness of staff. Excellent choice of films and music, not normally available in hotels. FIlms choice fantastic, not 2 or 3 but 30 films! 2500 music tracks. All made the stay less boring.
Room a little warm and took a while to cool down.

Comfortable bed...convenient if flying from Gatwick on an early morning flight. reasonably priced.
Could not open the door at reception with the code provided?? ...then twice we could not enter the room/cabin with the keycard provided. Also rooms too small for two people , did not realise how small the rooms/cabins actually were...the cabins are only really suitable for a stopover for a single person.

La chambre est encore plus petite que sur les photos; on s'y sent vraiment à l'étroit et il n'y a pas de place pour les valises La luminosité un peu violette reste très artificielle: il manque une lumière naturelle
