In desperate need of refurbishment, certainly not the level of standard that one would expect from Mercure and I stayed in many of them. Uncomfortable bed. Bathroom equipment falling into pieces.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Price was good. The hotel was in easy reach of the airport and was very very quiet, always a bonus near an airport...
The plumbing of the shower/bath was not working: cold water was reduced to a dribble!

"Overall the stay was fine. We needed a good clean facility for 1 night and the hotel met our expectations. Some time soon though the hotel probably needs an overall update . This is not critical but would help promote the hotel in the future."
The check in desk staff were friendly and helpful. We only needed 1 night as we had an early start back to Canada.
I could not get the drain out from the bath to work. I needs attention. I was not happy with the car parking arrangement. I found it very had to locate a spot and finished up mounting a curb and parking on the grass. Long term parking seems to have taken over all spots at the expense of overnight guests.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is always fully manned and clean. The deals offered for overnight accommodation plus parking are very reasonable.
Although the staff in the restaurant were helpful the food was very poor, my partner had to send his steak back as it was too tough, the second one that come out wasn't much better by which time I had eaten my meal.

Service, dining and room were all excellent.
The hotel looks as if it is overdue for a renovation as the hall carpet had ridges and was not properly stretched.

Super service, front desk very helpful at all times. Appreciated having coffee and tea in room. Breakfast was wonderful. Restaurant service very thoughtful.

Ten pounds minimum charge for wi-fi. Long wait to check in. Residents pay for car parking I paid eight pounds for a stay of just under ten hours.

Excellent location and very clean.
So many too mention. Internet £20 minimum. Absolute rip-off and will avoid this hotel again. Room very small. Bathroom very small. Kettle with no level to see water level on it. Service was abslutely disgraceful can elaborate more as needed. Radio only BBC1-4 less than in a B&B, no minibar, need key in lift supposedly for security which is a load of rubbish and a pain.

Clean efficient, spacious rooms.
The "courtesy" bus costs 6 Pounds for a 10 minute return trip which is a rip off.
