This hotel is one of the best in the South shore area. It is located opposite the pleasure beach. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness throughout, The rooms are modern and good sizes. The bar area is very modern and open late. I would also highly recommend the bar meals, very good value and tasty!! Staff are very polite and friendly, nothing is any trouble and they will go out of thier way to help.
No bad points, i can not fault this hotel in anyway.

The hotel did no food in the evening and therefore i had to order in takeaway. Not very helpful when you have been travelling all day on a train and eight months pregnant. Also breakfast not until 9am - had to miss it because of meetings with clients. All the hotels i have stayed in have had breakfast starting at 8am at the latest!

One room had faulty shower. The other had a blocked-up shower head and poor TV reception BBC1.
