"Was ok but improvements need to be made to satisfy your customers and not yourselves."

Room was acceptable and the welcoming from one guy was excellent and warming. Breakfast was nice.

Whilst my partner and I were in our room, we could here the television from downstairs as it was too loud and kept us up in the night. Also, the evening meal that we had at the hotel on the last night of our stay was unacceptable, the service was poor as food was served at different times such as the side orders. The food looked uncooked. For the dessert the people who were serving us gave one of us the wrong order, and had to wait 15 mintues for the right one to come. And when the right dessert came it was cold like no effort had been put into it and they were not bothered about your customers. The apple pie was refused and left on the table.

"hotel looked in need of a good upgrade and when we viewed the rooms we decided not to stay."

none except for the sea view through a dirty window.

Dingy entrance, steep staircase to upper floors, no lift, dirty en suite shower and toilet, poor looking bedding, very small rooms, tired decor, small tv with no remote control. What a poor advert for a town that needs a boost!!!!

"The weekend was completely ruined because of the poor quality of the hotel. We went as it was my partner's birthday - more of a commiseration than a celebration."

A lady showed us to our room. She was enthusiastic and helpful. In fact, she was so good I'd be surprised if she stays at that hotel!

The hotel was dirty, dingy and shabby. Due to the poor conditions and lack of cleanliness we did not stay overnight and went home. We did not want to sleep in the bed let alone eat breakfast there.
