Not much town visitor info available at hotel Poor service and quality by kitchen/restaurant evening Sunday 3rd January - think it was the "C-team" allround. Monday 4th was much better though.

No tea or coffe in rooms, would have thought as a five start hotel this would have been provided, and no hot water at 9.00pm on the Saturday night.

The staff were excellent, enthusiastic, polite and very helpful. The food is very good and reasonably priced.
The tariff is a little on the high side especially as the refurbishment is still to be completed. The bar should stay open until at least 12 midnight.
