Cleanness, excelent location, modernity, convenient facilities and good equipment. No paper wasted to chek-in or out.
We didn´t have more time to spend in the apartment!

Good location for the shops etc, Noise from the printworks outside but we expected that, although you could not hear much outside noise from the bedroom.
Did not get the room we booked, room description said it was a loft style, but we got a 1 bed. Also the corridors are not well marked to tell you where the rooms are, just plain fire doors leading onto corridors, had to go through every 1 to find out which one our room was down.

"Wonderful!!!! Will stay there again! No question!!!! Close to trains and busses and all the stores!!! Must check out the rooms.....very nice especially for the money!!! Lots of little things like they supply coffee, tea, jam, bread, butter and I loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer!!! Great for extended stays!! Saves money too!!! Staff was fantastic and very friendly!!! 5 stars!!!"
Everything and everyone was fantastic and exceeded my expectations!!! Would stay there again and will recommend it to friends, business associates and anyone staying in the Manchester area!!!! Great staff!!! Great Rooms!!!! and very convenient!!! Everything is within walking distance!! They go out of their way to be helpful and I have come to look at them like family!!! One of the best places I have ever stayed in on my travels 5 stars to be sure!!!!
The only thing some might have is they are across from Printworks and there are clubs there so people party until wee hours of the morning. Not a problem for me as I was aware of the situation, but if you are looking for quiet and boring! than it might not be the place for you!

"Location is next to a bar complex but noise died down well before 2am on a wednesday so we had a great nights sleep and a lie in as the early morning noises were really quiet. Very comfortable and will use again for a stay in manchester. Modern and a nice luxury place to stay."

"Excellent"
The apartment was excellent except for a couple of things, which had they been rectified, the apartment would be faultless!
The central heating was never very warm especially in the living area - it was freezing, but then it was a particularly cold night! Rang reception to ask how to turn up the heating, and even though we did do as directed, it never really got warmer! also, there was no ipod docking station as advertised as included in the price of the apartment, which was disappointing. I asked at reception about this and was told that not every apartment has one and because they were fully booked, they could not get hold of one for us. We did have a cd player though, but alas no cd's as we had only bought our ipods! Nevertheless I would love to stay here again and it was in a superb location!
